The Smooth Fitness S490 is a great home gym for the price. For under a $1000 the user will get access to a nice 200lb weight stack, fully adjustable 12 gauge steel frame, all wrapped in a space saving design. True to their name, Smooth Fitness once again delivers a smooth operating piece of fitness equipment with the S490 Force Elite Home Gym. Not only are the composite pulleys next to silent, all the quick adjustment components operate quietly and efficiently.
