Body Solid - G3S Selectorized Home Gym

Body Solid makes a great home gym; however, we have always preferred the higher end models as compared to some of their lower end machines. One thing that really detracts from the value of the G3S is the added expense of having to tag on additional pulleys, weights, bars, etc which really complete the home gym. While the G3S is a nice gym to start with, you might as well spend another $1,000 and get a higher end Body Solid setup.

Still the G3S is a nice mid-level home gym even with the base parts. Things we didn’t like were the seat and leg pads. They were pretty uncomfortable and we would have preferred a bit more padding and seat surface space overall. Beyond that the Body Solid G3S is a nice efficient piece of fitness kit that gets the job done right. Still, consider the higher end Body Solid equipment as something at this low price may not be worth it once you tag on all the extras Body Solid offers to fill out the machine.
