Body Solid – G6E Bi-Angular Home Gym

The Body Solid G6E is a solid home gym that any user will be able to accomplish a lot with. We found the frame, cushions, bars, and pulleys to be very high in quality. We were again disappointed with the need to pay extra to upgrade from a 210lb weight stack to a 260lb weight stack; however, 210lbs is decently sufficient for the average users. The bi-angular design was a nice touch, but might not really be as exciting with respect to its “free-weight” type motion as Body Solid seems to describe. Beyond that, this home gym is great. Keep in mind there are other companies out there offering the same quality and features for a lower cost, but Body Solid does provide a lifetime warranty on the entire machine. Overall we would recommend the G6E, but keep in mind the limited base model options and the need to upgrade them. If you want a state of the art Body Solid home gym you won’t outgrow, expect to pay upwards of $3,500 when all is said and done.
