Best Fitness is a very low quality, entry level, home gym brand. While these units do offer a decent range of workouts and a few nice features, at their core these units tend to be made from low quality components and feature very light weight stacks. We would recommend a nice set of free weights over a Best Fitness home gym. However, for the light user, the ease of use with these machines may be worth your while.
